Hi there! I have been on HRT for the past year due to Burning Mouth Syndrome. I am on the Estridiol patch, Progesterone pill, and Esrtiodol vaginal cream. Recently, I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. My Gyn will no longer prescribe HRT since I have a higher chance of getting blood clots. If I choose to have the thyroid completely removed, the Gyn won't prescribe HRT in the future due to the blood clot risk. 😩 I haven't had a period for almost 7 months. I'm 49 years old. I work full time, married with a 14 year old son. I want to be there for my family but along with ongoing sleep issues, anxiety, menopause and cancer. Feel like I am losing my mind! Why can't women be paid via disability insurance so we can deal with all this 💩!! Anyways, if anyone has info on alternative medicine, I would love to hear it! Thank you so much! 💕
