Brain Fog or Poor Sleep? I have not woke up feeling well rested since the time change earlier this month. I have no issues falling asleep and, according to my sleep tracker, I’m getting almost 8 hours of sleep each night, despite waking up in the middle of the night. Still, I feel like I haven’t slept in months. My waking life is in a state of brain fog. I wake up with a headache every morning, I had a few dizzy spells while laying in bed that stick around in the morning, zero motivation… I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow and I will bring this up to her. Has anyone had a similar experience? What worked? What didn’t? Any tips on how best to have this conversation with my Dr?
