So WTF here's what's going on with me. After having constant palpitations that completely ruined my vacation I spotted a little bit on the day I was expecting my period. Aug 4. I also had some heavy spotting in the morning with heavy palpitations yesterday morning. Now today when I wipe, there's lots of moisture (sorry if TMI) but no pink discharge or blood. I'm still getting the weird thump palpitations here and there, having menstrual cramps really bad, and sweating like I usually do before period, but no blood today. Anyone ever experience this? I'm having on and off panic attacks too.
